How can I reserve a scooter, e-bike, mobility scooter, or electric wheelchair?

You can easily book online through our website. Select the vehicle and rental period, then complete the reservation. You can also contact us via phone or email.

How can I pay at Jávea Denia Rentals?

You can pay with iDEAL, Bancontact, Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, Payconiq or simply in cash at our store.

How much is the security deposit?

We require a deposit, which depends on the type of vehicle. The deposit will be refunded when the vehicle is returned safely and in good condition.

How long can I rent a vehicle?

You can rent by the day, by the week or longer. We offer flexible options to suit your needs.

Where do I collect and return the vehicle?

At our shop on Av. de la Fontana 16 in Arenal, a few minutes from the promenade. When you collect it we run through the vehicle with you and give you tips for the road.

What happens if the vehicle has a problem during my ride?

If you encounter an issue, contact us immediately. We offer prompt support and replacement vehicles if necessary.
