Welcome to Jávea Denia Rentals. By using our services you agree to the following terms:

1. Rental Period and Rates

The rental period starts at the agreed time. Late returns may incur an extra day's charge.

2. Deposit and Payment

A deposit is required for each vehicle. This will be returned after inspection of the vehicle upon return.

3. Use of the Vehicle

The vehicle may only be used on paved roads. Driving under the influence is strictly prohibited.

4. Damage and Theft

The renter is responsible for damage or theft during the rental period, unless extra coverage has been taken out that covers this.

5. Cancellation

Cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours before the start of the rental period.
